"We run quarterly reports through this every cycle. The text comes out clean enough to pipe straight into our processing scripts without manual cleanup."
"Other tools we tried either mangled the column order or added garbage characters. This one just works on our research PDFs."
"The workspace keeps history so I can re-copy text days later without converting again. That alone saves us a lot of repeat work."

Check status changes from pending to processing to completed.
Review extracted text in the viewer and copy it into your workflow.
After OCR, the full extracted text is sent to a state-of-the-art AI model for post-processing. It fixes missing diacritical marks, split words, and garbled characters while preserving the original structure and meaning exactly.
Drag files into the dropzone or browse locally. The workspace filters to PDFs and helps move multiple documents through the pipeline with less friction.
Active jobs refresh on an interval so the dashboard keeps up while processing is underway. Completed work is immediately available in the result viewer.
Open extracted text in a dedicated modal, copy it to the clipboard, or keep it in your document history for later.
Enable OCR at conversion time to extract text from embedded images and scanned pages. Works alongside native text extraction — both layers are combined into a single clean output.

PDF files only. Native, machine-readable PDFs are extracted directly from the text layer. Scanned or image-based PDFs are supported via the OCR option, which scans embedded images and combines the result with any native text on the page.
When you enable OCR at conversion time, every embedded image in the PDF is scanned and its text extracted. The full result is then passed to an advanced AI model to correct errors — missing diacritics, split words, and garbled characters — without changing the meaning or structure. OCR conversions use a separate credit rate shown at confirmation.
It acts solely as an OCR post-processor: it receives the raw extracted text and returns a corrected version. It does not summarise, translate, or rewrite content — only fixes character-level OCR errors like missing diacritics and garbled characters.
Credits are consumed based on the page count of your PDF. The exact rate (pages per credit) is shown in the Pricing section above and inside the workspace before you confirm a conversion.
Reserved credits are released automatically on failure. You are never charged for a job that did not complete successfully.
Extracted text is stored in your account history indefinitely. The original PDF file is cleaned up after 24 hours, but the text output remains accessible through the workspace.
Yes. The workspace accepts batch uploads — drag in a folder or select multiple PDFs and they will be queued and processed in sequence.
Yes. An account ties your conversion history and credit balance to a single login so your results are always accessible and your credits are never lost. Your free tier includes 3 conversions per day, which refresh at midnight UTC.
All credit purchases are final and non-refundable. Credits are only consumed on successful conversions — failed jobs release their reservation automatically so you are never charged for work that did not complete.

One PDF file, regardless of page count (up to the 50-page limit). If you upload a batch, each file counts as one conversion.
Additional conversions draw from your credit balance. Buy a credit pack from inside the workspace, or wait for next month's reset.
Yes. Your subscription allowance is used first. If it runs out mid-month, any credits in your balance are used for additional conversions.
